2019 Rewa Sauvignon Blanc
The 2019 vintage of Rewa Sauvignon Blanc offers notes of white flowers,
grapefruit, and green apple peel which are complemented by more subtle aromas of
kiwi, lemon zest, gooseberry, lychee and almond.
The wine is fresh and medium-bodied with a silky texture.
The vintage has ample structure for aging, although delightful in its youth.
This wine was crafted from Sauvignon Blanc clone 1 and Sauvignon Musque
from Rewa Vineyard in the Coombsville AVA, hand-harvested on September 23 and 25,
fermented, and then aged in neutral oak and stainless barrels.
